By the decision of the Annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC First Heartland Securities (further – the Company) dated July 26, 2023:
   1. The powers of Shigeo Katsu, a member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, were early terminated from July 26, 2023.
   2. Yessenov Galimzhan Shahmardanovich was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company from July 26, 2023.

By the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated July 28, 2023, Yessenov Galimzhan Shahmardanovich was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Thus, the Board of Directors of the Company includes:
   1. Yessenov Galimzhan Shahmardanovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
   2. Khamzin Rustem Nazimbekovich – Member of the Board of Directors.
   3. Azbekov Zharkinbek Kydyrbaevich – Member of the Board of Directors (independent director).
   4. Kabylbaev Daulet Iranovich – Member of the Board of Directors (independent director).
