On April 1, 2024, the Sole shareholder of First Heartland Securities JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company), Mr. Yessenov G.Sh. decided to invalidate the decision of the Sole shareholder of the Company dated October 3, 2023 on the Company’s voluntary application to the authorized body to terminate the license to operate in the securities market.
