1. Vladimir Anatolievich Kim was elected as the Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC from February 5, 2024.
2. Since February 5, 2024 the assignment of duties of the Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC to the Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Abay Baurzhanovich Alishev has been terminated.
