By the resolution of the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offenses of the city of Almaty dated November 29, 2023, First Heartland Securities JSC was subject to an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 500 mci under part 1 of Article 259 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offences”.
