Kim Vladimir Anatolyevich – Chairman of the Management Board
Education:
Graduated from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in Finance and Credit (2003).
Labor activity:
Kim V.A. has more than 15 years of experience in financial markets. He held senior positions in brokerage companies and asset management companies: Smart Group, Private Asset Management, ZIM Capital, First Heartland Jusan Invest, First Heartland Capital.
He joined JUSAN group after 4 years of experience in the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market.
On February 5, 2024, by decision of the Board of Directors of the Company, he was elected Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.
Currently Vladimir Anatolyevich also holds the following positions:
Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC since October 18, 2023;
Managing Director of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC since December 1, 2023;
Member of the Board of Directors of Insurance Company Jusan Garant JSC since January 22, 2024;

Alishev Abay Baurzhanovich – First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Education:
Abay Baurzhanovich has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from KIMEP University.
Labor activity:
More than 18 years Alishev A.B. works in the financial market, has successful experience in various positions at international banks: HSBC, Sberbank of Russia, as well as brokerage companies: VISOR Capital and IFD RESMI. Since November 01, 2017 he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.
By the decision of the Board of Directors he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC from February 02, 2023.
Acted as Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC from November 23, 2022 to February 4, 2024.
Nurkenov Yerke Yerlikovich – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Education:
Yerke Yerlikovich graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State University with a degree in International Economic Relations (2000).
Labor activity:
More than 19 years Nurkenov Y.Y. works in the financial market, he has successful experience in leading positions in brokerage and management companies, including First Heartland Securities JSC from 2017.
From September 12, 2019, by a decision of the Company Board of Directors, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.
Mustafaeva Alma Idiyanovna – Chief Financial Officer
Education:
Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the University of Colorado (USA). She is a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
Labor activity:
Alma Idiyanovna has 20 years of experience in the banking sector. She held leadership positions in RBS (Kazakhstan), Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and First Heartland Bank.
From April 10, 2019, by decision of the Company Board of Directors, she was appointed CFO, member of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.

Yessenov Galimzhan Shahmardanovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Education:
Mr. Yessenov holds an Executive MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Law degree from the Kazakh State Law University (KazGUU) and a degree in Economics and Management from the Eurasian Market Institute.
Labor activity:
Mr. Yessenov has over 10 years of experience leading financial institutions, having been Chairman of leading Kazakh bank ATFBank JSC from 2013 to 2020.
From 2011-2013 he was General Director of finance and insurance group KNG Finance LLP, and he has also been a major shareholder and General director of fertilizer producer Kazphosphate Ltd.
Mr. Yessenov’s early career was dedicated to entrepreneurial activity in the agro-industrial sector.
Outside of his career, Mr. Yessenov founded the Shakhmardan Foundation in 2013, a fund dedicated to the development of scientific and IT education for prospective Kazakh students. The foundation is one of Kazakhstan’s largest educational funds, and provides grants, internships and scholarships in the technical sphere, as well as support for promising start-ups.
A keen sportsman, Mr. Yessenov founded the Almaty Marathon and has led both the Kazakhstan Triathlon Federation and the Central Asian Triathlon Association. He has been President of the Kazakh Mixed Marital Arts (MMA) Federation and represented Kazakhstan on the Board of Directors of the International Federation. He was also President of Kazakhstan’s Chess Federation from 2015 to 2020.
Azbekov Zharkynbek Kydyrbayevich – Member of the Board of Directors, Independent director
Labor activity:
He has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He held senior positions in Private Bank “Trust Bank”, “Neftekhimbank” OJSC, “Senim Bank” JSC. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at “Credit Partnership “ORDA Credit” LLP, Chairman of the Board of Directors at “ORDA Capital” Management Company” JSC, Chairman of the Board of Directors at “Arnur Credit” MFO LLP.
Kabylbayev Daulet Iranovich – Member of the Board of Directors, Independent director
Labor activity:
He has extensive experience in the banking sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He held senior positions in “Alliance Bank” JSC and “Nurbank” JSC. In addition to working in banks, for 4 years he headed the department at the State center for payment of pensions of the Ministry of health and social development.
