By the decision of the Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC First Heartland Securities (further – the Company) dated June 20, 2022:

1. The powers of Sarinzhipov Aslan Bakenovich, a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, were early terminated from June 20, 2022.
2. Elected Shigeo Katsu as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, representative of the major shareholder, from June 20, 2022.

Additionally, we inform you that the powers of a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company Orynbaev Yerbol Turmakhanovich were prematurely terminated from June 16, 2022 in accordance with a written notification received from him.

By the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated June 22, 2022, Shigeo Katsu was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Thus, the Board of Directors of the Company includes:

1. Shigeo Katsu – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. Pan Yevgeniy Vladimirovich – Member of the Board of Directors.
3. Khamzin Rustem Nazymbekovich – Member of the Board of Directors.
4. Azbekov Zharkinbek Kydyrbayevich – Member of the Board of Directors (independent director).
5. Kabylbayev Daulet Iranovich – Member of the Board of Directors (independent director).
