By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of JSC First Heartland Securities (further – the Company) dated July 23, 2024:
1. Kozhakhmetov Kuat Bakirovich was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company from July 23, 2024.
Thus, the Board of Directors of the Company includes:
1. Yessenov Galimzhan Shahmardanovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. Kozhakhmetov Kuat Bakirovich – Member of the Board of Directors (independent director).
3. Azbekov Zharkinbek Kydyrbaevich – Member of the Board of Directors (independent director).
4. Kabylbaev Daulet Iranovich – Member of the Board of Directors (independent director).
