In accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2020 No. 25 “On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2019 No. 40“ On the Approval of the Rules for Currency Transactions in the Republic of Kazakhstan ”(hereinafter – the“ Resolution “)

When purchasing non-cash foreign currency for the national currency in the amount exceeding 50,000 (fifty thousand) US dollars equivalent for 10 (ten) business days, Client must use them for the purposes stated by the Client. If the Client does not use the purchased non-cash foreign currency for the national currency for the purposes stated by the Client, the authorized bank is entitled to sell non-cash foreign currency for the national currency.
