Kurmanov Olzhas Kairbekovich – Chairman of the Management Board
Education:
Graduated from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi with a degree in International Relations (2003). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Credit from the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov (2005), a Master of Arts from Brandeis University (USA, 2008), a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi (2011) and a Master of Financial Reporting from York University (Canada, 2021).
Labor activity:
Olzhas has extensive experience in financial markets. He held various positions in the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Bank CenterCredit, Temirbank, ATF Bank, ATF Finance, Tsesnabank, BTA Bank Ukraine, Qazaq Financial Group, Russel Bedford Kazakhstan, Sigma Capital.
By the decision of the Board of Directors, from September 16, 2024, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.
Alishev Abay Baurzhanovich – First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Education:
Abay Baurzhanovich has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from KIMEP University.
Labor activity:
More than 18 years Alishev A.B. works in the financial market, has successful experience in various positions at international banks: HSBC, Sberbank of Russia, as well as brokerage companies: VISOR Capital and IFD RESMI. Since November 01, 2017 he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.
By the decision of the Board of Directors he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC from February 02, 2023.
Acted as Chairman of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC from November 23, 2022 to February 4, 2024.
Nurkenov Yerke Yerlikovich – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board
Education:
Yerke Yerlikovich graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State University with a degree in International Economic Relations (2000).
Labor activity:
More than 19 years Nurkenov Y.Y. works in the financial market, he has successful experience in leading positions in brokerage and management companies, including First Heartland Securities JSC from 2017.
From September 12, 2019, by a decision of the Company Board of Directors, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.
Mustafaeva Alma Idiyanovna – Chief Financial Officer
Education:
Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the University of Colorado (USA). She is a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences.
Labor activity:
Alma Idiyanovna has 20 years of experience in the banking sector. She held leadership positions in RBS (Kazakhstan), Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and First Heartland Bank.
From April 10, 2019, by decision of the Company Board of Directors, she was appointed CFO, member of the Management Board of First Heartland Securities JSC.

Kozhakhmetov Kuat Bakirovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Labor activity:
Mr. Kozhakhmetov is a Member of the Board of Directors and an Independent Director of First Heartland Jusan Bank Ltd (Jusan Bank).
Alongside his role at Jusan Bank, he also is an Independent Director at Kazakhstan Engineering NC JSC, Kazakhstan National Housing Company JSC, and the Banking Service Bureau of the Republic of Kazakhstan JSC.
An experienced economist and former Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Mr. Kozhakhmetov has long experience in the Kazakh banking sector. He has held senior positions at both TsesnaBank (predecessor to Jusan Bank), Samruk-Kazyna sovereign wealth fund, and the AIFC Authority. He has particular experience in regulation and control, including through Kazakhstan’s Financial Market and Entities Control and Supervision Agency and Committee and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Mr. Kozhakhmetov started his career as an economist at the National Bank of Kazakhstan. Graduated from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University with a degree in Business & Management and holds an Executive MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is also a Chartered Director with the UK Institute of Directors.
Azbekov Zharkynbek Kydyrbayevich – Member of the Board of Directors, Independent director

He has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He held senior positions in Private Bank “Trust Bank”, “Neftekhimbank” OJSC, “Senim Bank” JSC. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at “Credit Partnership “ORDA Credit” LLP, Chairman of the Board of Directors at “ORDA Capital” Management Company” JSC, Chairman of the Board of Directors at “Arnur Credit” MFO LLP.
