Hereby, First Heartland Securities JSC (hereinafter – the Company) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, held on December 20, 2018, decided to pay dividends from retained earnings of previous years and approve the amount of dividend per one ordinary share of the Company for the following parameters:
